How do I verify my account, and what documents are needed?
To verify your account you need to go to the menu bar click on Profile - Account Verification and Provide your valid Nin & BVN. Your account will be only verified once your first or last name matches with your Profile name. However you are also required to upload supportive documents such as NIN , International Passport, driver licence etc.
What is the minimum deposit and withdrawal amount?
The minimum deposit required for live trading is $10 but Autotrade required a minimum of $50 to purchase a Auto trading Plan.
If my account cannot be verified after making a deposit, will I get my funds back?
Yes, But however Account Verification is required when you want to deposit in your local currency. You don't need to verify your account if depositing in Crypto currency.
Can I make deposit without verifying my account?
Yes. You can make deposit using Crypto currency only without verifying your account. Only USDT (ERC20 & TRC20 NETWORK SUPPORTED)
What are the supported withdrawal method?
The supported withdrawal method is USDT and Naira withdrawal. Note: You only withdraw the same method you deposited with.
